Whose job is tougher …. Mourinho’s or Scolari’s ?

Well, there is always much talking going around about the influential coach Jose Mourinho, who did a terrific job with FC Porto, Chelsea before joining the star studded Inter Milan.

Inter Milan have won the 2008 league comfortably, but failed to reach the knock-out stages of prestigious Champions league. Mourinho was brought to Chelsea by Roman Abrahamovic with the sole aim of securing the champions league title, but Mourinho failed to do so in his 3 yr tenure. So…what now ? Mourinho at Inter Milan… winning the league will no way be enough, champions league title or atleast a place in the last four is what is expected of the “Special One”. True… I consider him as a Special One .. he is amazing with his agression.. I would love to watch him on the touchline !!

Scolari.. out of Euro ‘08, not a satisfactory performance from Portugal side. They started as tournament favorites, but have failed to reach the last 4. Scolari gets to join Chelsea sooner… good for him. What’s the job for Scolari ?

Well, the list is short but long as well….   to keep it short..restore league title and win Champions league. The longer version would be to do justice for the multi-million pounds spent on players like Anelka, Sheva, Malouda, Wright-Phillips, Ballack…to have a GOOD RELATIONSHIP with the owner (tough one)… to retain Lampard and Drogba or find good replacements … (ofcourse.. Carvalho is staying for sure!) ..manage the media.. face the likes of Ferguson, Arsene Wenger and Rafa Benitez……learn English..no kidding.. the list is long!!!

Well, both Mourinho and Scolari could win league titles…but only one can win champions league.. I am a crazy supporter of Chelsea as well as Mourinho…so who am I going to back for the UEFA Champions League title……. hmm.. I can’t say.. the real tough job is Mine !!
