Daniel Alves, a player always linked with Chelsea, today signed a £23.5m deal with Barcelona, becoming the most expensive right-back. Barca have already sold wonder kid Giovani dos Santos and Deco, and have showed the exit door directions to Samuel Eto and Brazilian star Ronaldinho.

Roy Keane has decided to keep his United teammate Dwight Yorke for another year at Sunderland. Yorke had provided immense experience to the Sunderland side last season playing as the holding midfielder.

Now, it is the time for rumours. It is almost certain that Real Madrid striker Robinho will sign for Chelsea to play under Scolari. So, this news should no longer be a rumour. Inter Milan, Manchester United and Liverpool are fighting it out to sign Barcelona star Xavi. Inter Milan might announce any time during this week, the signing of Frank Lampard from Chelsea. Ronaldinho has admitted that he would be thrilled to play under Scolari.

And Sunderland manager Roy Keane, has prepared to launch a £10m bid for Tottenham striker Darren Bent. I would like to see some new signings at Sunderland pretty soon.

Cristiano Ronaldo…..I have written enough on his transfer speculation.. I am tired. Let us see if something happens here.
