Huntelaar to United

Sir Alex Ferguson had indicated last week that Manchester United would add only one new player to their squad this year; no more. And that one player could be Ajax and Netherlands striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.

Huntelaar has been linked with United in the past. But United have not moved decisively for him in the past. Recently though, the Dutchman revealed that he would savour a move to Spanish champions, Real Madrid.

United have wanted a striker in the Ruud van Nistelrooy mould, and Huntelaar would fit the role to a T. The transfer fee is expected to be around 20 million pounds.
